  • This program is best suited for people with at least six months of weightlifting experience or a solid foundation in strength training.

    If you’re brand new to lifting, you’ll have a better experience – and faster progress – through our Private 1:1 Coaching, where we can focus on form, foundations, and confidence before jumping into the Collective.

  • You can train from home or at the gym.

    If you’re training at home, we recommend a set of resistance bands, and a stable surface (like a bench or sturdy chair).

    We’ll show you how to adjust movements for what you have — no fancy setup required.

  • Not a chance.

    We bring the heat for every fitness level.

    Your TrueCoach training notes and videos give us real-time insight into your effort, intensity, and progress – so we can scale your workouts up or down to keep things challenging, interesting, and goal-driven.

  • The Collective follows a full-body strength and conditioning approach that blends strength, mobility, and flexibility training – with an emphasis on hypertrophy and fat loss.
